Shipping policy

ZONES Shipping is currently available to Singapore only.

RATES Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days.

TRACKING You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.  Contact us here regarding your order status if you've not received your order after 20 business days have passed since your order date.

ADDRESS ACCURACY Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

SECURITY & BOTS We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, high-risk, or is flagged by our security system as a bot.

DUTIES & TAXES Orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges.
