FAQ

How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We currently ship to Singapore and Hong Kong only. Free shipping are available depending on the order amount.

When will I get my order? Allow 3-5 business days for processing and verification. Delivery typically takes 8-15 business days. You will receive a tracking email when your package ships. 

I can't open the tracking link. How? Write to us and we'll send you a tracking link.

Why did the item disappear from my cart? Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. While you are checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item. 

Can I return my order? No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you received a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us via the Customer Account within 48 hours of delivery.

Why are some of your products out of stock? We only sell in small quantities per design. We will release new designs when they are ready.

Do you restock? No. Once a design is sold out, it is sold out. Check back for our new releases.

Where is your shop? We are currently online only. Physical location coming when we are ready.

How do I pay? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We do not accept PayNow, GrabPay, or Cash on Delivery.
